Job summary

Qualifications

• Education/Certification: High school diploma or GED.
• Two years data entry experience.
• Proficient typing, keyboarding, and 10-key skills.
• Ability to meet established deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collect and enter attendance and PEIMS data into the database according to procedures.
• Prepare and print reports (attendance, grades, rosters, end-of-semester).
• Maintain physical and computerized records (cumulative folders, grade books).
• Input scheduling changes as applicable.
