Celebree School is seeking a Director to lead talent, brand, and operations across the childcare facility. You will shape culture, oversee daily operations, and foster strong community relationships to help people grow.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a School Director as approved by the governing State agency.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract the best talent to join the team.
• Support team growth and development through training.
• Build a school community that attracts new families and staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and Celebree policies.
• Manage operations including scheduling, finances, and records.
• Provide excellent customer service: tours, welcoming environment, meetings.
