Job summary

The Old Colony YMCA Stoughton Branch is seeking a Site Coordinator to lead the School Age licensed program under the School Age Director. You will plan activities, ensure child safety, supervise staff, and manage billing and timely payments while upholding the Y's mission and core values.

Responsibilities include coordinating activities, maintaining safety, managing billing, and serving as a positive role model with strong communication skills; required CPR/First Aid and ability to lift up to 75

Qualifications

• Minimum age 20.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required or High School diploma with 1 year experience with school age.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.
• Evidence of physical examination within last 12 months.
• Negative Mantoux TB test and immunity for measles, mumps, and rubella.
• Ability to create and sustain a culture of excellence and work as part of a cohesive team.
• Ability to lift/move heavy equipment and clean when necessary.
• Will sometimes work early morning, late nights and weekends.
• Strong oral communication skills for occasional public speaking responsibilities.
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs (occasional) and 40lbs frequently (children).
• Understanding Y-USA focus areas: Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities for the School Age licensed program.
• Supervise the School Age program staff and volunteers.
• Oversee billing and timely collection of payments.
• Uphold the Y's mission and employee code of conduct.
• Demonstrate the character traits of caring, responsibility, honesty and respect.
