Qualifikationen

• Minimum age 20 or older.
• S. or BA with 9 months experience in school age children, or HS diploma/equivalent plus 1 year experience with school age.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.
• Evidence of physical examination within last 12 months.
• Negative Mantoux TB test and immunity for measles, mumps, and rubella.
• Ability to create and sustain a culture of excellence and work as part of a cohesive team.
• Will lift/move heavy equipment and assist with cleaning when necessary.
• Occasional early mornings, late nights and weekends.
• Strong oral communication skills for public speaking responsibilities.
• Able to sit, stand, bend, lift up to 75lbs occasionally and 40lbs frequently (children).
• Understanding of Y-USA's three focus areas: Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility.

Under the supervision of the School Age Director, the Site Coordinator is responsible for programming and supervision of the School Age licensed program. The Site Coordinator will plan and implement a program of activities which will ensure each child’s personal safety while providing entertainment, physical challenges, and learning experiences. The Site Coordinator is responsible for supervising the program staff and program efficiencies. The Site Coordinator will uphold the employee code of conduct and will ensure that all areas of the job responsibilities reflect the mission of the Old Colony Y, and the regulating agency. S/He will display and encourage the character traits of caring, responsibility, honesty and respect in the fulfillment of all job duties, as well as perform the following job functions

Requirements

• Minimum of 20 years of age.

Pay Range: $20.50 - $25.00 / hour
