Celebree School is seeking a School Age Teacher to inspire and guide school-age children, creating a dynamic, engaging classroom where learning and creativity flourish. In this role you will design age-appropriate activities, support regulatory compliance, communicate with families, and act as a positive mentor to students, contributing to a caring, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• Deep understanding of behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements.
• Ability to manage a classroom with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Ensure compliance with Office of Child Care regulations and company standards.
• Provide a welcoming, friendly classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Keep parents informed about their child's experiences and accomplishments.
• Supervise children during activities and apply positive discipline techniques.
• Maintain appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the classroom.
• Keep accurate records of attendance, participation, and progress.
