Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• Comprehensive knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages of children.
• Ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Manage classroom compliance with regulations and standards.
• Maintain a welcoming environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Keep parents informed about their child's experiences.
• Assist and supervise children during all activities using positive discipline techniques.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the classroom.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and student progress.
