Qualifications

• Lead teacher requirements per state licensing.
• Knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages in children.
• Understanding childcare licensing requirements.
• Strong classroom management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities promoting learning and creativity.
