Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of related experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Models the YMCA core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
• Plans, coordinates, organizes and leads all daily program activities.
• Provides leadership to staff and ensures adequate coverage for all activities.
• Maintains records and ensures compliance with NYS OCFS guidelines.
• Assists with staff recruitment, training and supervision; handles scheduling and payroll functions.
