Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in client management or operations
• Advanced computer skills including MS Office and G-Suite
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work independently and with a team

Responsibilities

• Support the Director, Scholarships by handling day-to-day scholarship administration and communications
• Enter all scholarship disbursements in the financial system and monitor progress
• Maintain scholarship databases and tracking for status, allocations, and payments
• Collect, analyze, and organize data for annual reporting
• Assist with calendar development, deadlines, and reporting timelines
• Perform additional duties as assigned
