Job summary

The Thurgood Marshall College Fund is seeking a Senior Director of New Business Development to expand the corporate partnership base across education, workforce, and philanthropy. You will open doors, manage a high-value pipeline, and close multi-year partnerships with six- and seven-figure commitments.

Leverage a national network to align CSR, ESG, and workforce priorities with TMCF programs. This role requires executive presence, enterprise sales discipline, and strategic fundraising expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in enterprise BD, B2B sales, corporate partnerships, corporate philanthropy, nonprofit fundraising, or related field.
• Proven success closing multi-year, six- and seven-figure partnerships and hitting revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual new-business plan with targets for qualified prospects, pipeline value, and revenue.
• Own the full acquisition cycle from market mapping to onboarding of new partners.
• Build a high-value pipeline across corporations and foundations for multi-year partnerships.
• Map corporate decision-making structures and engage C-suite and foundation leaders.
• Lead moves management in Salesforce, track opportunities, actions, and forecasts.
• Identify and respond to strategic RFPs and opportunities across sectors.
