Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with databases, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Implements scholarship/fellowship processes to meet established policies and strategic direction.
• Works within the electronic scholarship system to facilitate the application and awarding process.
• Provides training and support for departments, programs, and students in use of the scholarship system and/or in fellowship and other funding options.
• Leads and develops strategy around the implementation and maintenance of scholarships and/or fellowships that accomplish recruitment and retention goals and meet stakeholder intent.
• Builds strong relationships with campus and college partners, departments, targeted higher education institutions, and external partners to identify funding opportunities for students and ensure best practices in related activities.
