Job summary

Oklahoma State University is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support the Scholar Recruitment team in Stillwater. You will work within a comprehensive strategy to engage high-achieving prospective students, families, and counselors, guiding them through OSU’s admissions process.

The role requires collaboration with admissions counselors, travel to events, and strong communication skills to meet enrollment goals while upholding OSU’s Land-Grant mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree must be conferred on or before start date.
• Strong written, verbal communication and technical skills.
• Experience in recruitment or student services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scholar recruitment strategies for assigned territories.
• Engage with prospective students, families, and counselors to provide guidance and information.
• Conduct personalized virtual and in-person appointments and campus visits.
• Coordinate outreach activities, including college fairs and school visits.
• Collaborate with admissions counselors and campus partners to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Travel locally and in-state to recruit students and represent OSU at events.
