Job summary

OSU-Oklahoma City is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage student outreach, admissions processes, and campus events. You will coordinate communications, presentations, and partnerships with high schools and community organizations, driving application and enrollment growth while representing OSU-OKC with professionalism.

Responsibilities include conducting campus visits, leading recruitment initiatives for diverse populations, and collaborating on marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience with an Associate Degree.
• Minimum of three years progressively responsible work experience.
• Experience in recruiting/sales and/or college recruitment.
• Knowledge and experience in using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective students in the college decision-making, application/admission and enrollment process.
• Manage the prospective student communication plan using telephone, email, social media, and CRM.
• Recruit prospective students by visiting high schools and attending college fairs and events.
• Prepare and deliver specialized presentations for target audiences on institution topics.
• Ensure data related to prospective students is collected and maintained in CRM.
• Cultivate relations with high schools and community organizations, serving as a liaison.
• Lead recruitment initiatives for special populations and co-ordinate events.
• Assist with special events and campus visits and tours.
• Collaborate to support an integrated marketing and recruitment strategy.
• Develop printed materials and manage web content and social media content.
• Participate in community and professional organizations as OSU-OKC representative.
• Provide admissions support by evaluating documents and processing applications.
