Job summary

Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City seeks a Recruitment Specialist to oversee student outreach and recruitment activities. You will plan, implement, and evaluate programs to recruit prospective students, support the admissions process, and represent OSU-OKC to students, parents, counselors, and partner organizations.

Responsibilities include managing communication plans, presenting to diverse audiences, and collaborating with campus units to align marketing and recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience with an Associate Degree.
• Minimum of three years progressively responsible work experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer service rich environments.
• Experience working in collaborative/team settings and with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge and experience in recruiting/sales and/or college recruitment.
• Experience with CRM systems or related electronic communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective students with college decision-making, applications, and enrollment.
• Manage the prospective student communication plan via phone, email, social media, and CRM.
• Recruit prospective students through high school visits, college fairs, and community events.
• Prepare and deliver targeted presentations to various audiences about the institution.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM and admissions systems to improve yield.
• Build relationships with high schools and community organizations as a liaison.
• Support campus events and supervised student workers as needed.
• Contribute to departmental process improvements and documentation.
