Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Schematic Coordinator responsible for maintaining Non-Perishable schematic integrity. You will schedule and execute store resets, ensuring items follow approved schematics for accurate merchandising and customer experience across departments.

Requires strong analytical and mathematical skills, excellent MS Office knowledge, and the ability to work varied hours. Daily tasks include sign-offs, feedback to support offices, and collaboration with store leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months related experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze reset programs and maintain reports.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with customers, employees and vendors.
• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Able to read schematics and price tags; use stapler, scanner and computer to activate schematics; must climb ladders.
• Able to lift boxes up to 17 lbs., walk several miles per shift and crouch/kneel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and execute store resets and projects for Non-Perishable Depts.
• Ensure categories are set according to schematics to support selling culture.
• Collaborate with Scan Coordinators, Dept Manager and ASM to maintain schematic compliance.
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activity as directed by the Support Office.
• Ensure schematics align with internal policies and obtain sign-off when complete.
• Provide timely feedback to the Schematic Department for issues or discrepancies.
