Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a detail‑oriented Store Schematics Coordinator at our Flagstaff store. You will manage weekly resets, ensure Non-Perishable departments align with schematics, and support merchandising integrity.

You will communicate with store leadership and department managers to implement changes accurately. The role emphasizes analytical thinking, precise measurement, and adherence to internal guidelines while maintaining customer experience and product presentation.

Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze reset programs and maintain reports.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Able to read schematics and price tags and properly hang signs and tags.
• Able to lift up to 17 lbs., walk several miles, and perform repetitive movements.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and execute store resets and projects for Non-Perishable Depts (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, Vitamins).
• Support an active selling culture and ensure categories are set according to schematics.
• Collaborate with Scan Coordinators, Dept Manager and Asst. Store Manager to maintain schematic compliance.
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activities as directed by the Support Office.
• Obtain sign-off from Store Manager/Asst. Store Manager/Dept Manager when work is complete and accurate.
• Provide timely feedback to Support Office Schematic Department for issues or discrepancies.
