You will coordinate across departments to ensure efficient resource use and high-quality patient care, acting as a liaison among patients, clinical staff, and administration.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or certification in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in medical scheduling, administrative support, or customer service preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience with EMR systems, scheduling software, or medical front desk operations preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedules patient appointments for consultations, tests, procedures, and follow-ups with proper time/resource allocation.
• Notifies patients of confirmations, cancellations, or reschedules with necessary information.
• Enters and updates patient information into EHR/scheduling system accurately.
• Coordinates with medical staff to align appointments with clinical priorities.
• Tracks cancellations/no-shows and reschedules efficiently.
• Provides general administrative assistance and manages referrals/files.
