You will coordinate appointments, procedures, and treatment timelines, serving as a liaison among patients, medical staff, and administrative teams to ensure timely, accurate scheduling and exceptional service.

The role requires coordinating with clinicians to balance patient needs with clinical priorities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or certification in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in medical scheduling or front desk operations preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and scheduling software; knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

Responsibilities

• Schedules patient appointments for consultations, tests, procedures, and follow-ups.
• Notifies patients of confirmations, cancellations or reschedules with clear instructions.
• Enters and updates patient data in scheduling systems or EHRs.
• Coordinates with clinical staff to align appointments with priorities.
• Tracks cancellations/no-shows and reschedules to minimize disruptions.
• Provides general administrative support and handles referrals.
