• Experience with EMR systems or scheduling software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments for consultations, tests, procedures, and follow-ups.
• Notify patients of confirmations, cancellations, or reschedules with clear instructions.
• Enter and update patient information in EHR/scheduling system accurately.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to align appointments with priorities and provider schedules.
• Manage cancellations and no-shows, and provide timely rescheduling.
• Provide general admin support including referrals and patient file coordination.
