Qualifications

• Associate degree or certification in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
• 0-2 years in medical scheduling, administrative support, or customer service preferred.
• 0-2 years of EMR/scheduling software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments for consultations, tests, procedures and follow-ups.
• Notify patients of confirmations, cancellations, or reschedules with clear instructions.
• Enter and update patient information in EHR/scheduling systems accurately.
• Collaborate with medical staff to align appointments with clinical priorities.
• Track cancellations and no-shows and reschedule promptly.
• Provide general admin support including calls, referrals, and file coordination.
• Review orders for validity and completeness, as received.
• Ask patients necessary questions for tests and prep instructions.
• Maintain reliable attendance and comply with policies.
