Job summary

St. Joseph’s Health seeks a front desk professional to greet patients and visitors at arrival, verify destinations, and confirm ID, prescription and insurance details. You will schedule and process check-ins and assist with exam preparation as needed.

Responsibilities include answering calls for the department, directing inquiries, and maintaining smooth patient flow in a fast-paced healthcare environment. High school diploma required with minimal prior experience; comprehensive on-the-job

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of previous experience.
• Three months or less of on the job training.
• Ability to gather and interpret data in simple situations.
