Paradigm Oral Surgery in Burlington and Cambridge is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator who delivers concierge level patient service in a fast-paced in-office setting. You will greet patients and visitors, answer the phone with a smile, schedule appointments, prepare daily provider schedules, and manage patient flow to minimize wait times while upholding HIPAA confidentiality.

Experience with dental terminology is a plus; high school diploma and strong organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Understanding of dental terminology.
• Friendly, inviting, and professional personality.
• Good typing and filing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides concierge level customer service to patients, referring offices, and team members.
• Greets patients and visitors with a friendly demeanor.
• Answers the phone promptly with a smile.
• Schedules appointments to optimize satisfaction and provider time.
• Prepares daily schedules for each provider.
• Manages patient flow to reduce wait times.
• Assists patients as necessary.
• Maintains a neat reception area and HIPAA confidentiality.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
