• Ability to maintain persistency and positive call voice during challenging calls.

Responsabilités

• Schedule appointments to production goals.
• Coordinate registration and forms for appointments; verify insurance when applicable.
• Greet patients and notify team of arrival; manage wait times and communication of schedule changes.
• Enter patient information accurately; maintain notes and logs in Salesforce; document contacts.
• Nurture leads and opportunities per lead-to-sales process; coordinate consults and handoffs.
• Collect patient co-pays; use practice management software; maintain KPI statistics.
