Source One is a consulting services company and we're currently looking for the following individual to work as a consultant with our direct client, an on demand autonomous ride-hauling company in Foster City, CA

Title: SP - Scheduling Operations Coordinator
Location: Foster City, CA
Onsite (Mon-Fri, 30 + hours)
Contract Duration: 6 - 12 months, with likely extension
Pay Rate: $40.06 per hour (w2)

We are helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find a Scheduling Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day scheduling and operational needs of its growing cross-functional teams.

In this role, you'll help ensure teams are aligned with the company's highest priorities while supporting the immediate operational needs of its fleet vehicles. You'll coordinate schedules, resources, and logistics while helping teams plan effectively for future operational demands.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with strong communication and time management skills. You're comfortable managing competing priorities, working across teams, and taking initiative in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

As a Scheduling Operations Coordinator, you'll:
  • Manage day-to-day schedules supporting growing fleet services.
  • Plan and execute effective processes to support numerous resources.
  • Coordinate future planning and operations to support evolving business demands.
  • Translate data into clear visuals for department-wide review.
  • Ensure internal and external stakeholders are engaged and aligned.
  • Anticipate, plan, and coordinate internal logistics and operational needs across projects and facilities.
  • Track resourcing to help optimize asset utilization.
  • Help drive productive meetings across project teams, documenting and following up on action items as needed.

Ability to work well under pressure, manage competing demands and meet tight deadlines with strong follow-through Experience forecasting and planning Skilled in managing projects and cross-functional teams with a broad range of engineering and technical disciplines Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skills Maintain and assist in driving productive meetings across project teams, providing and following up with action items as necessary

Daily tasks

The Service Scheduling Coordinator will support the day-to-day activities involved with managing the growing demands of TeleOps, RiderOps, Mission Readiness, Mission Control, and Fleet Support Analysts. They will be responsible for ensuring that each department supports Zoox's highest priorities and supports the immediate needs of our fleet vehicles.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Entry-level position (0-3 years of experience) Experience with scheduling, dispatching, or production planning and scheduling, preferably in mobility or manufacturing Ability to effectively prioritize with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills, able to develop channels of communication while understanding and managing professional relationships Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills are a must, ability to create visualizations of KPIs and program risks a bonus Ability to drive communication within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight timelines, aggressive goals and demanding work environment Have an inquisitive and open attitude to exploring new ideas and eagerness to continuously learn and take on tough problems Independent thinker capable of operating within ambiguously defined structures with an ability for delivering tangible results Ability to perform in a fast pace high-stress environment Willingness to get your hands dirty to understand the projects you are supporting
