Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is a non-medical, in-home care company focusing on seniors. You will manage schedules between clients and caregivers and report to the local Operating Director, supporting growth and office management across our network.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience in home care/healthcare and at least 1 year of recruiting experience, with a fast-paced environment and equal opportunity employment. MGR-H

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in home care/healthcare.
• At least 1 year of recruiting experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and after-hours on-call coverage.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance for home care.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Management: Assess client needs and caregiver availability to ensure shifts are staffed.
• Compliance: Ensure office operations comply with state and federal regulations.
• Customer Service: Handle incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers.
• Administration: Provide general operational support to the Operating Director.
• On-Call: Rotate managing phone calls after hours to ensure shifts are staffed.

Cornerstone Caregiving is a non-medical, in-home care company primarily serving seniors. With over 450 offices in just 6 years, we aim to provide the highest quality of care for our clients across 43 different states (and counting). You will be managing schedules between clients and caregivers. You will report to our local Operating Director and assist in the growth and management of the office.
