Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Scheduling Manager in Cheyenne, WY. This full-time management role collaborates with the Recruiting Manager and reports to the Operating Director, focusing on scheduling, administrative duties, and on-call coverage to support daily office operations.

The role emphasizes caregiver oversight, client satisfaction, and adherence to company standards while coordinating with internal teams to optimize scheduling and service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates and/or Bachelor's Degree; may substitute Degree with education/experience; min 2 years’ Administrator/office management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and valid state auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management: hire and terminate caregivers as needed.
• Scheduling: manage client and caregiver schedules via AxisCare.
• On-call: handle on-call duties as calls come in.
• General office support: assist Operating Director with daily operations.
• In-home assessments: support intakes and ensure client satisfaction.
• Client care: ensure high-quality service from phone calls to in-home visits.
• Compliance: follow operating standards and state requirements.
