Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Scheduling Manager in Lafayette, IN to work with the Operating Director and Recruiting Manager. This exempt, full-time role focuses on scheduling, caregiver management, and office operations to ensure excellent client service.

The Scheduling Manager will handle client and caregiver schedules, conduct intakes with support from the Operating Director, and participate in after-hours on-call coverage while maintaining state compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years in admin/HR in an office setting.
• Associate or Bachelor degree may substitute for experience.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Willingness for limited travel as needed to meet responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management: hire and terminate caregivers as needed.
• Scheduling: manage client and caregiver schedules via AxisCare.
• General office support for the Operating Director.
• In-home assessments: assist intakes with client satisfaction.
• Client care: ensure high-quality service from calls to visits.
• Compliance: follow standards and state requirements.
• On-call: handle after-hours calls and urgent schedule changes.
