Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving, a non-medical in-home care company, is seeking an Office Operations role to manage schedules between clients and caregivers and to support the local operating director. You will help ensure regulatory compliance and deliver strong customer service to families and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Management: Assess client needs and caregiver availability to ensure all shifts are staffed.
• Compliance: Ensure office compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Customer Service: Assist with incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers.
• Administration: Provide general operational support to the Operating Director.
• On-Call: Rotate managing phone calls after hours to ensure shifts are staffed.
