Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Recruiting Manager to work with the Scheduling Manager and report to the Operating Director. You will provide recruiting, administrative, and operating support for the office and share on-call responsibilities as needed.

The role requires managing caregiver recruitment, interviews, hiring, onboarding, and after-hours coordination. Travel is limited; a valid driver’s license and state-inspection-ready vehicle are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree; may substitute with education/experience.
• Minimum two years’ experience in administration, sales, customer service or HR within an office setting.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management: hiring and terminating caregivers as needed.
• Recruiting: interview, hire, onboard caregivers weekly.
• On-call: manage after-hours calls and schedule changes.
• General office support for the Operating Director.
• In-home assessments: assist with intakes and client satisfaction.
• Client care: ensure high-quality service from calls to in-home visits.
• Compliance: follow operating standards and state requirements.
