Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Scheduling Manager in Lafayette, IN to work with the Operating Director and Recruiting Manager. This exempt, full-time role focuses on scheduling, caregiver management, and office operations to ensure excellent client service.
The Scheduling Manager will handle client and caregiver schedules, conduct intakes with support from the Operating Director, and participate in after-hours on-call coverage while maintaining state compliance and quality standards.

As a Scheduling Manager, you will work directly with the Recruiting Manager and both roles will report to and assist the Operating Director. The Scheduling Manager’s primary focus will be to provide scheduling, administrative, and operating support for the office. The Scheduling Manager will also be responsible for sharing on-call responsibilities with the other managers.
