Job summary

You will review paperwork, coordinate scheduling, and keep files updated, ensuring projects run smoothly and on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, administration, and/or customer service.
• Excellent telephone and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to maintain big-picture view while ensuring attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to navigate business software.

Responsibilities

• Be the glue that keeps all the logistical aspects of our construction jobs running smoothly.
• Review and coordinate all paperwork needed for our production installations.
• Stay in close communication with our customers for each project, including scheduling installations, checking on quality issues, and ensuring they are kept informed.
• Keep client records and files updated so they are always ready when we need them.
• Ensure our construction projects are completed accurately and on time.
• Provide tactical support to the production department and managers.
