Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information on physicians, services and procedures; schedule appointments.
• Coordinate scheduling and pre-registration needs; support callers and physicians in one call.
• Generate reports and use system tools to monitor referrals, access and wait times.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to resolve issues and improve service.
• Ensure data collection supports billing and revenue cycle processes.
