Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the staffing schedule for a team or department, ensuring adequate coverage and optimal utilization of resources.
• Coordinate with team leads, managers, and stakeholders to gather staffing requirements and understand operational needs.
• Analyze workload, staffing availability, and skill requirements to create a balanced and efficient schedule that meets business objectives.
• Monitor and track staff availability, time-off requests, and overtime hours to ensure compliance with labor regulations and organizational policies.
• Coordinate with training departments to schedule and allocate resources for staff training and development programs.
• Maintain accurate records of staffing schedules, time-off requests, and other related information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
