Job summary

Fence Direct Inc. in Orlando, FL is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator to own install scheduling end to end—from permit approval through the crew’s arrival. You will coordinate crews, materials, and inspections, updating customers and internal teams as delays arise.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required for phone communication with homeowners and installers.
• 2+ years in scheduling, dispatch, service coordination, or high-volume customer service.
• Able to manage frequent interruptions and keep schedules organized.
• Calm under pressure; a portion of calls involve handling issues.
• Organized enough to manage dozens of moving jobs in a system, not in your head.
• Strong computer skills; comfortable using a CRM and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule installs end-to-end: right day, time slot, installer; coordinate permits and material availability.
• Maintain proactive customer communication; update customers weekly with status and delays.
• Resolve scheduling issues: reschedule due to crew, material delays, or weather; act as single point of contact in progress jobs.
• Meet success metrics: timely call handling, weekly customer updates, and accurate scheduling with minimal rework.
