Job summary

BrightStar Care of Chicago and La Grange seeks an energetic Scheduling Lead to manage staff schedules and client touchpoints in a growing home care setting in downtown Chicago. After training, a hybrid schedule may be available; weekly in-office presence is required for this role, with commuting distance to downtown Chicago expected.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of healthcare office experience, strong leadership, and excellent organizational skills, with a commitment to HIPAA

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in healthcare scheduling or customer care management.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare office regulations.
• Flexible and strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling of field staff and on-call coverage.
• Serve as point of contact for clients, families and care recipients.
• Lead junior schedulers and monitor performance.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant client records and reporting.
