Job summary

Window Nation is seeking a Scheduling Supervisor to lead a 10+ person team and ensure all scheduling milestones are met for post-sale activities, including measurements and warranty appointments. The role reports to the Scheduling Manager and supports onboarding, dashboards, and process improvements.

The position is in-office, Monday–Friday, with potential for a hybrid schedule based on operational needs. Prior supervisory experience and D365 proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in scheduling-related work; home improvement or similar industry preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in D365 preferred.
• CRM and route optimization experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Reviews staffing assignments for scheduling efforts related to post-sale activities including measurement, services following installations, and warranty appointments
• Assists with onboarding programming; leads new and ongoing training for team
• Monitors dashboards, reports, calendars and pipelines to confirm both internal and external resources are maximized to ensure project efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Works with manager to ensure effective performance management of team; identifies opportunities and makes recommendations for resolutionProvides feedback on the efficiency of existing related technology
• Creates a comprehensive staffing schedule to ensure all markets are properly covered during expected hours of operations
• Serves as subject matter expert in scheduling processes in CRM and related systems; participates in the improvement, maintenance, and upgrades of related systems and processes
• Presents and trains to project processing changes provided to the stakeholders within the scheduling team
• Identifies significant trends and areas for management attention, indicators of business activity and other analysis and reporting to management
