Window Nation is seeking a Scheduling Supervisor to lead a 10+ person team and ensure all scheduling milestones are met for post-sale activities, including measurements and warranty appointments. The role reports to the Scheduling Manager and supports onboarding, dashboards, and process improvements.
The position is in-office, Monday–Friday, with potential for a hybrid schedule based on operational needs. Prior supervisory experience and D365 proficiency are preferred.

Reporting to the Scheduling Manager, our Scheduling Supervisor leads, guides, and directs a team of 10+ employees. The Scheduling Supervisor ensures all measure and service milestones are met in adherence to company timelines and project/product guidelines.
The position is in-office, M-F, however, has potential for a hybrid schedule - depending on operational need.
