You will schedule and route technicians, monitor assignments, coordinate with customers, support service order closure, and continuously evaluate processes to improve productivity and utilization.

Qualifications

• For this role, an associate's degree in business or communications with at least two years of planning or scheduling experience, or five years total experience in planning/scheduling.
• Experience in a field service, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred; proficiency with business systems is valued.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and route Field Service Technicians to maximize efficiency based on priorities and material availability.
• Monitor and adjust technician assignments to accommodate dynamic service requests.
• Contact customers to coordinate planned maintenance visits and communicate changes promptly.
• Collaborate with Field Service Technicians to ensure they have necessary information to fulfill requests.
• Support service order closure by verifying documentation accuracy and completion.
• Continuously evaluate scheduling processes to improve productivity and utilization.
