Job summary

Mettler Toledo seeks a Scheduling Analyst - Dispatcher to join our Columbus-based team. You will organize and optimize the daily schedules of Field Service Technicians to ensure outstanding customer service and efficient operations.

Requirements include an Associate’s Degree in business or communications and 2+ years scheduling experience; SAP knowledge is a plus. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in business or communications, 2+ years scheduling experience (or 5 years in similar roles).
• Experience in field service, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus.
• SAP knowledge and experience with the business system.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and route Field Service Technicians based on customer priorities and workload to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor and adjust technician assignments to accommodate dynamic service requests.
• Contact customers to coordinate planned maintenance visits and communicate schedule changes.
• Partner with Field Service Technicians to ensure they have necessary information to fulfill requests.
• Support service order closure by confirming documentation accuracy and completion.
• Continuously evaluate scheduling processes to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
