Responsibilities

• Staffing & Scheduling: Monitor staffing levels, ensure coverage, adjust schedules as needed, fill open shifts promptly.
• Payroll & Timekeeping: Serve as payroll backup and correct mis-punches in attendance system.
• Recruitment & Onboarding Support: Assist with interviews and onboarding for care team positions.
