Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a Staffing/Scheduling Nurse to manage caregiver shift assignments, monitor performance, and coordinate with families and physicians to ensure high-quality resident care. The role emphasizes teamwork, scheduling excellence, and responsive problem-solving within a supportive team environment.

Experience with scheduling databases, MS Office, and nursing supervision is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse preferred (LPN, LVN, or RN).
• Knowledge and experience processing in Scheduling databases.
• Working Knowledge of computers, including Excel, Word, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of nursing specialties, opportunities, and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Makes Caregiver shift assignments and ensures duties are completed satisfactorily.
• Monitors caregivers for policy compliance and resident care quality.
• Manages shift coverage when staff call in sick.
• Conducts caregiver orientation and training.
• Schedules and other staffing duties as requested.
• Communicates with family members, physicians, and outside providers.
• Documents observations and ensures follow-up until issues are resolved.
