Continental Automotive Group plans to hire for a part-time Customer Service role at the Audi San Juan location. You will handle calls, emails, and chats, schedule appointments, and support a high-touch customer experience across Audi San Juan and affiliated brands.

The ideal candidate is bilingual, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously with a positive, professional demeanor. Training and development are emphasized in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and professional phone and email communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM/DMS scheduling software is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide world-class service to customers, service advisors, and management.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, texts, and online chats promptly.
• Schedule appointments and communicate changes, missed appointments, and cancellations.
• Complete outbound outreach daily (missed appointments, recalls, customer lists).
• Coordinate calls for Audi San Juan and affiliated brands.
• Maintain Audi certification and participate in training growth.
• Support a Transformational Not Transactional culture.
