Job summary

St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, PA seeks a Scheduling Coordinator to manage timely appointment scheduling across the Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic region, including Mercy Fitzgerald, Nazareth Hospital, St. Francis Wilmington and St. Mary Langhorne.

Under the Regional Patient Access Call Center Manager, you will verify insurance, register patients, activate pre-registration and collect payments, ensuring SLA targets and accurate timekeeping while supporting training and workflow updates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years scheduling experience in an acute care setting.
• Experience with complex facility-based ancillary testing across facilities/states.
• Knowledge of third-party and government payer guidelines and policies.
• Certification in NAHAM CHAA or AAHAM CRCS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately schedule appointments using scheduling protocols and insurance requirements.
• Collect demographics and financial information, activate pre-registration.
• Complete scheduling for appointments, registration, insurance verification, and authorizations.
• Monitor schedules, assist with training and workflow updates, ensure SLA adherence.
