Fairview Health Services is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support clinics in Minneapolis, Edina, Burnsville, Maplewood, and Brooklyn Park. The role focuses on facilitating access to services, coordinating patient and staff scheduling, and handling registration and related clerical tasks.
This 0.6 FTE position runs from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm and may provide support at other Maternal Fetal Medicine sites as needed, contributing to a seamless patient and staff experience.
Fairview has an immediate opening for a Scheduling Coordinator. In this role, you'll support our clinics in Minneapolis, Edina, Burnsville, Maplewood, and Brooklyn Park, playing an important part in creating a seamless experience for patients and staff. While you'll primarily be based at two clinic locations, you may provide support at other Maternal Fetal Medicine sites as needed. This position is for a 0.6 FT (48 hours every two weeks) and the clinic hours are from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm. The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for serving patients, providers, and staff in facilitating access to services, tests, procedures, etc. at the direction of the care provider. The Scheduling Coordinator coordinates the flow and exchange of information related to patients’ activity and performs registration and scheduling functions, as well as other clerical functions that meet the needs of scheduling.
