• Entry-level scheduling role with room to grow into Scheduling Coordinator II.
• Experience coordinating multiple scheduling tasks is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule retail design appointments, punch-out services, inspections, and follow-up visits.
• Coordinate, schedule, and confirm all county inspections with customers and municipalities.
• Enter, update, and maintain scheduling information in company systems.
