Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Scheduling Representative I to coordinate daily scheduling activities with Procurement Buying Teams, carriers, and transportation to ensure timely order movement through the scheduling system.

You will work with Buying Assistants, Buyers/Analysts, Supervisors, Managers and Directors to maintain service levels. This role requires a reliable, detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment with weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities; able to learn new scheduling systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and schedule inbound loads to ensure high service levels and efficiency.
• Coordinate receiving capacity by facility, day, and hour; flag variances.
• Utilize online scheduling system to expedite high-priority orders; train manufacturers and carriers.
