C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC in Keene, NH is seeking a Scheduling Representative I to coordinate inbound loads with the Scheduling Team and balance service levels across procurement, manufacturing, transportation, and warehouse operations.

You will work daily with buying assistants, buyers/analysts, supervisors, managers and directors to communicate responsibilities efficiently and professionally, ensuring timely order scheduling and continuous improvement.

Formación

• GED or high school diploma required.
• 1–2 years of experience not required; entry-level friendly.

Responsabilidades

• Prioritize and schedule inbound loads to maximize customer service and distribution efficiency.
• Ensure receiving capacity by facility, day and hour; flag variances to the team.
• Use online dock scheduling to expedite high-priority orders.
• Assist and train manufacturers and carriers in the scheduling system.
• Coordinate inter-facility transfers while meeting weight and cube targets.
• Coordinate timely resolution of past-due POs and relay exceptions daily.
• Monitor expedited orders for timely arrival.
• Coordinate weekly storage pullbacks while maintaining weight and cube targets.
• Support ongoing service level and inbound monitoring.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
