Responsibilities

• Prioritize and schedule inbound loads to maximize customer service level and distribution efficiency.
• Ensure receiving capacity by facility, by day and by receiving hour and communicate variances.
• Use online dock scheduling system to expedite high priority orders and train manufacturers and carriers.
• Assist in creating inter-facility transfers while attaining weight and cube targets.
• Coordinate timely resolution of past due POs and communicate exceptions daily.
• Create weekly storage pullbacks from facilities while attaining weight and cube targets.
• Support continued service level and inbound monitoring.
• Ad hoc projects as assigned.
