Sioux Center Health in Sioux Center, IA is seeking a Scheduling Secretary for the Home Health & Hospice departments. You will serve as a liaison among staff, administration, and families for scheduling home health aides.

Typical duties include maintaining records, greeting visitors, coordinating orientations, and ensuring timely communication and patient scheduling. This role supports a caring Christian culture and community-focused care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience as a Nurse Aide preferred.
• Bi-lingual experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Maintains monthly/quarterly statistics and patient census records for all services.
• Greet visitors, acknowledge appointments, and direct or relay messages to staff.
• Coordinate new employee orientation and annual education for HHA/Homemaker staff.
• Answer department calls and direct or take messages to ensure timely customer service.
• Process charting, lab reports, and physician orders per department protocol.
