Job summary

The Broadlawns Medical Center is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage resident rotation schedules and maintain all affiliation agreements related to educational rotations. You will assist in planning the noon conference schedule and the resident interview process, while providing other administrative support as needed.

This full-time role requires strong clerical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a customer-focused approach in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of clerical or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident rotation schedules under the Program Manager.
• Maintain and execute affiliation agreements for educational rotations.
• Assist in planning noon conference schedule and resident interview process.
• Provide general administrative support to the department.
